I believe that every individual possesses inherent strengths and resources that can be harnessed to overcome challenges. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, where we focus on what you do well and how we can build on those abilities to foster growth and resilience. I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing life stressors including relationship stress, grief/loss, and stage of life changes. I can also be helpful in supporting those who experience symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorder, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar and OCD.
