I value each person’s unique experience. In my practice, I utilize a strength based, person centered approach. For me, therapy is an opportunity to honor and to address the needs of each person I work with. I am here to provide mental health services to individuals who struggle with anxiety, adjustments and life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship issues, difficulty with boundaries, depression, suicidal ideation, co-dependency, intimate partner violence, substance use disorders, grief and loss, as well as other issues and mental health challenges. I am only accepting individual clients at this time.
