I have always been drawn to working with people and feel very honored to help them with their most personal struggles. After 10+ years of experience with individuals and couples, I find myself 10 times more energized by this work. I specialize in trauma and use IFS and EMDR regularly. My work also focuses around religious trauma/deconstruction, LGBTQIA+, couples, and ADHD, as well as many many years of treating anxiety and depression.
