Hi, I'm Erika! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia where I have provided individual, family, and group based therapy services. I help both teenagers and adults overcome shame, perfectionism, anxiety, and depression. My desire is to provide my clients with a space in which they feel safe, welcome, and understood. Rather than therapy providing one hour a week in which my clients experience the relief they're seeking, I aim to equip my clients with skills and understanding they can apply throughout the week and even beyond our time working together. In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I'd like to answer any questions you may have about the process moving forward as well.
