My work is rooted in neurodiverse-affirming care, where I help clients recognize and harness their unique strengths to navigate life’s challenges. I also specialize in guiding individuals through life transitions and significant changes with empathy and clarity. I founded Ruby Creative Therapy to provide a more personalized, client-centered approach to care—one that removes barriers and allows for greater flexibility, authenticity, and connection in the therapeutic process.
