A major inspiration for me to become a therapist was my five years as a Director of Programs for a Los Angeles non-profit called Seen and Heard, a professional development through the performing arts to youth and young adults transitioning out for foster care, as well as trafficking situations. I am a therapist who blends deep listening with evidence-based approaches to help you untangle what's been weighing you down - whether stress, past trauma or feeling stuck in old patterns. You don't have to have it all figured out - just a willingness to show up and begin. By creating a client-centered space that fosters safety, trust, and authenticity. YOU are the expert on your life.
