My name is Erika Tecolocoyotl, and I am an AMFT, Somatic Therapist. I integrate Somatic Therapy, Processwork, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS, and a holistic Indigenous perspective through a decolonial lens. My path began with my own healing journey, where I discovered a deep sense of empowerment and multidimensionality. This experience revealed my calling to walk alongside others in their awakening and healing. Rooted in my Indigenous background, I understand healing as harmony between mind, body, heart, spirit, and environment.
