I seek to support families, adolescents, and adults with finding more connection and joy within their relationships. My expertise lies in working with children and families with an extensive understanding of child development, trauma informed practice, and psychotherapy of young children. I also have experience providing therapy to individuals with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, as well as offer support to those undergoing life transitions. My hope is that we can build a therapeutic relationship that serves as the foundation for creating change and healthy relationships.
