My practice is a nurturing space to unpack your feelings, attitudes, and stressors. As you embark on your journey of self discovery, we’ll explore your identity, understand intergenerational patterns, and deconstruct mental health stigma together. I identify as first-generation, child of immigrants, mixed race, and Latina. As a therapist, I’m here to support clients with different and similar experiences, including first generation BIPOC/LGBTQ+ adults, children of immigrant parents, and migrants. I also work with clients to improve self esteem or address symptoms of ADHD.
