We can all feel stuck sometimes. I've helped teens and adults with various concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, sexual identity struggles, and family stressors to heal & find peace. I have also worked extensively with families & couples to resolve conflict and facilitate effective communication. Sometimes just having an unbiased pair of fresh ears in the conversation can open up a new perspective and help build understanding.
