As your therapist I will listen, support, encourage, and help you make meaningful changes. I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief and loss, identity, life transitions and solo parenting! Therapy can feel hard at first but eventually changes will take place and it will become a rewarding experience as long as you are honest and don't give up. I enjoy building meaningful relationships by providing a safe and non-judgmental space so you can talk about your struggles. My approach is relational, person centered, and collaborative.
