Welcome! Choosing to begin therapy means trusting someone with a vulnerable part of yourself, and my role as your clinician is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. I do not believe in “fixing” people or problems; instead, I focus on empowering clients by helping them develop the insight and tools needed to navigate life’s challenges and move toward their goals. Whether you are a teen struggling with anxiety related to school or fitting in, a college student experiencing depression, or a parent searching for a few moments of peace at home, I believe meaningful change is possible.
