I believe compassion and understanding are the first steps to unfolding mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual freedom. Fostering compassion and openness in our lives, even in one relationship, allows for a softening to integrate healing and understanding. My goal is to help clients understand themselves better, to cultivate a safe haven within the trenches of their inner world, and to then extend that understanding, safety, and empowerment to be integrated into their relationships and the world around them.
