Making the decision to seek therapy is an empowering experience. My primary goal is creating a safe environment where healing can begin. I have fifteen years of social work experience in the health and mental health field, including hospice and palliative care. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples and families through grief, infertility, medical illness, caregiver fatigue, and substance use concerns. I also have specialized interest in postpartum and pregnancy-related anxiety and depression. I take an individualized approach to care and cater treatment goals uniquely to each situation.
