Hello there. I'm Erin Bastian, LCSW. My approach to therapy is meeting you where you are at, being honest, genuine, and finding a therapeutic approach that best meets your needs. There are many therapeutic approaches and all lead to finding meaning and purpose. I utilize a number of theoretical approaches in order to find what fits best for you. My core theoretical foundations include Humanistic, Existential, Integrative, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive. I am simply me. I'm genuine, honest, and open. My desire is to help you find answers, feel safe, feel understood, and feel supported. Connection and good conversation are key.
