Do you feel empty or like something is missing from your life? Do you feel like you're stuck or repeating the same patterns? I utilize a cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based approach to explore faulty thought and behavior patterns and help clients connect to the treasure trove of inner strengths that we each possess. I believe that we have the answers within us, but may need help to unlock what is holding us back and discover what we need to move forward. My training in Attachment Focused EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy can be helpful tools in understanding and healing from traumatic events and painful experiences.
