Let's be honest, most of us wouldn't go back to our adolescent years even if someone paid us to do so. Growing up is hard and life throws a lot at children, teens, and young adults. It is not uncommon to feel many conflicting ways about adolescence (and often times many conflicting ways at once). The things we face as we grow up impact our ability to engage, succeed, and feel accepted in our family life, our friend and peer circles, and in our academic sphere. It is my distinct honor to work with adolescents as they navigate some of the toughest years of life.
