Life can be overwhelming, and asking for help takes courage! Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply need support processing life’s challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. I have a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have experience with a variety of individuals and communities. In addition to individual therapy, I have also worked in the non-profit sector with youth in foster care and individuals experiencing homelessness. As a social worker, I believe that the person and the environment impact our mental health, and take both into consideration in treatment.
