I am currently serving as a University Counseling Therapist in the University Counseling Program at Pillars of Wellness. I love working with teenagers and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorder, coping skills, and/or transitions. They need a caring adult in their lives to listen without judgement, help them organize their thoughts and feelings, and set goals. I strive to be the person I needed when I was younger, and to provide excellent care to clients.
