I currently have daytime openings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I offer therapy for families who need help managing conflict, healing from trauma, building resilience to manage life transitions and improving skills to cope with depression and anxiety. I specialize in working with adults who identify as parents or caregivers, children between the ages of 5 and 10, and perinatal mood disorders. I can provide ongoing individual therapy, parent coaching sessions with one or two parents, and/or family therapy.
