I see you. It takes courage, commitment and love to start counseling - all of which may seem in short supply some days. I'm passionate about healing and attunement. I love doing Couple's Counseling and it is the inspiration for my practice! I also work with individual adult clients who have a history of trauma. Another specialty is working with parents and their children to reset. My clients regain confidence in their relationships, themselves, in parenting, and in their ability to flourish with the ones they love. I'm skilled in Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, CBT and EMDR. If desired, a spiritual awareness that is respectful of all person's faith commitments can be incorporated. My work is also informed by ten years of pastoral leadership prior to my training as a therapist.
