I am a relational therapist who works with individuals, couples, and non-monogamous relationships, with a focus on sexuality, identity, trauma, and communication. I specialize in working with clients navigating kink/BDSM and consensual non-monogamous relationship structures, sexual concerns, and identity-related stress. My work helps clients process and regulate emotions, articulate needs, boundaries and work through sexual and relational challenges. Therapy with me is about reclaiming parts of yourself and your relationships sometimes through gentle reflection, and sometimes through actively dismantling what keeps you stuck.
