I am a DBT therapist (intensively trained through BTech) with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and emotional dysregulation. My approach is direct, practical, and grounded in evidence-based practices (including CBT). In addition to my small private practice, I work as a primary clinician at the 3East DBT Partial Hospital Program at McLean Hospital, where I support individuals in acute distress using structured, skills-based interventions.
