Are you experiencing emotions that are confusing or heavy, feeling overwhelmed, or simply wanting a space to focus on yourself? You deserve to feel heard and understood. Many of the people I work with are looking for support in making sense of their experiences and getting to know themselves more deeply. My own life experiences have led to a focus on women’s issues. However, I also work with clients who struggle with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues and low self-esteem as well as people seeking support during difficult periods of transitions, including divorce and changing careers. My approach is strengths based and relational, focusing on what you need as a unique individual. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques but above all prioritize the human connection between therapist and client. I strive to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space. I am LGBTQIA+ allied and have respect for the many experiences that shaped you.
