I am an integrative psychotherapist, combining traditional psychotherapy with science based mind-body approaches to restore and enhance emotional, mental, and physiological balance, health, and well-being. My specialities include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress reduction, self acceptance and overall personal growth. I believe in identifying qualities of health and strength in each person I meet and I enjoy working with individuals who are willing to explore the root causes of symptoms and are motivated to improve their quality of life.
