About
It is my belief as a counselor and in life that all individuals are capable of purposeful, mindful and positive change. Sometimes part of that change is made easier with the assistance and guidance of a therapist. I ascribe to a mindfulness based practice of therapy, focusing on setting realistic goals while also bringing increased attention to thoughts, feelings and behaviors that both interfere with and assist you in reaching your goals.
