Hi! I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor and National Certified Counselor who is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to improve their quality of life. I understand that navigating the difficulties of life can feel exhausting at times, and I believe that having supportive individuals in one’s corner can facilitate resiliency and strength. It is my hope when working with clients that they feel a renewed sense of confidence and peace through counseling. This meaningful change could be attained in our sessions by working towards goals like learning new coping skills, how to set healthy boundaries, and more.
