Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves or stuck in patterns that no longer work. My role is to help clients develop deeper self-understanding, greater self-compassion, and more fulfilling relationships — both with themselves and with others. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and life transitions. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in creating meaningful, sustainable change. I strive to offer a space where clients feel genuinely understood while also supported in moving forward with clarity and intention.
