I work best with people who are ready to grow, heal, and get to know themselves on a deeper level. Many of my clients have gone through difficult experiences—maybe trauma, low self-worth, or relationship struggles—and are now looking for real change. Some are dealing with anxiety, high stress, or big life transitions like changing careers or grieving a loss. Through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lens, I help them understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can start shifting old patterns and move forward with more clarity and confidence
