About
My practice is committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space that honors diversity across all identities and perspectives. I strive to honor my client's lived experiences. Every person, regardless of their history or situation, can take meaningful steps toward healing and wholeness. All concerns have solutions, and every burden can be made lighter even when the outcome isn’t what one first envisioned. I practice from a trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework. Additionally, I hold a Master of Divinity with interfaith training and honor all spiritual, religious, and secular paths. I provide compassionate support for life challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions, while also helping clients explore meaning, purpose, spirituality, and end-of-life concerns in a way that respects their beliefs and values.
