Everyone has different feelings about therapy. Some people are excited about it and jump at the opportunity to dive into the deepest parts of themselves, but some might find it nerve-racking, scary, or just straight up unpleasant. Regardless of your feelings coming into therapy, my goal is the same: to create a space where you feel truly comfortable to express yourself, to be vulnerable, and where you feel heard and valued. I believe that the client is the expert of their own experience, and I am just a tool to help them understand and to teach them how to help themselves, with whatever their problems may be.
