I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about supporting my clients through whatever it is they are going through. My approach is to really listen to what brings you to therapy and work together on coming up with some goals for sessions. From there, I assist my clients in achieving those goals, whether it be healing from something or overcoming some challenges. I have years of experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, and behavioral issues to name a few.
