It is important for individuals to feel empowered in their everyday lives, feeling confident they can move forward working towards their goals. Each individual is different. I aid in helping identify strengths and positive qualities that make each individual unique. I encourage individuals to be the best version of themselves, providing support when barriers present themselves. Life cannot always be perfect, but the right attitude and outlook can go a long way. I work with adults 18 and older addressing issues including depression, anxiety, life adjustment issues, grief, stress management, self-esteem, and overall balance and wellness.
