With over 20 years of experience, I offer art therapy and counseling to teens and adults, including families and couples. I’m especially drawn to working with fellow counselors, first responders, women in their 30s, and couples navigating life transitions. I work with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change and are seeking greater clarity and relief. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, incorporating EMDR and Art Therapy. No art experience is needed—creative expression can offer a gentle, meaningful way to process emotions, explore personal stories, and support healing and growth.
