I'd love to be a part of the change you desire in your life, whether you want to shift troubling moods, resolve relationship difficulties, or end addictions. My expertise includes working with individuals and couples who face a broad range of challenges such as stress, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, infidelity, anxiety, depression, and addictions. I have a special interest in life transitions, such as new parenthood or divorce, career changes, and upcoming or recent high school or college graduates. I have completed level three training in the Gottman Method, and am excited to work with couples to improve their relationships.
