We all go through times when life feels a bit too heavy to handle on our own and that’s okay. Sometimes we need someone to walk with us, to help us sort through what’s going on, and to figure out what we need to feel a little more grounded. That’s where I come in. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I truly believe you know yourself best. My job is to help you explore what’s working, what’s not, and what might help you feel more like yourself again. I also enjoy working with new and expecting parents navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and all the changes that come with that chapter of life.
