My name is Erin and Hampton and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Colorado and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults of all ages and specializing in addiction and codependency issues, as well as LGBTQIA issues using a client-centered approach, trauma-focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I've worked as a therapist of 10+ years and my goal is to help clients better understand themselves by connecting the past with the present and identifying unhealthy patterns of thinking and behaving. By understanding our past we can understand our present.
