Hi, I'm Erin. I love working with thoughtful young adults in their 20s and 30s who are asking big questions about who they are, how they want to live, and what comes next. Many of the people I work with are navigating life transitions, redefining relationships, building community, or moving through a difficult season that no longer feels sustainable to carry alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and make choices that feel more aligned with the life you want.
