Hello. I am so glad you are here. This is a big step. Life is hard. Parenting is hard. Being in relationship is hard. Being in the world is hard. I want to help you. Are you a parent? A trauma survivor? A human? You are not alone. We all struggle sometimes. You are vulnerable, and reaching out for help is scary. I am here to walk next to you on this journey. I work with kids, teens, couples, trauma, families on their fertility journey, parents struggling with depression and/or anxiety, parents with poop/ spit up/ this morning’s breakfast/ coffee stains on their sweatpants. As a parent, I get it. As a therapist, I want to help. View 5 Photos I have my Masters in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Spiritual & Depth Psychology. I am certified as an expert in perinatal mental health, trained in EMDR, Flash EMDR and Brainspotting, and have experience working in the school system with elementary, junior high and high school students. My dog Andy, a poodle mix, helps me out in the office.
