If you are a parent at any point in your journey, you may know what it’s like to feel like you have to take care of everyone else while barely holding it together. You might be exhausted, overwhelmed, angry, or on edge. On the outside things look fine, but anxiety and self-doubt are looming inside. Transitions, such as becoming an adult or becoming a parent, can be welcome changes but also hard to manage. I specialize in working with clients navigating the many different changes that life holds and I have extensive training in perinatal mental health and trauma. I am here to help you find ways to feel better.
