Throughout my clinical training and subsequent clinical experiences, I have found that the most fundamental function of therapy is to create a safe, supportive environment for the client's experiences. To be validated in their very personal experiences helps create and foster a rich therapeutic relationship in which healing can begin. It is my passion and goal to help my clients gain a better understanding of themselves so that they may heal and learn how to effectively cope with life's struggles, past (traumatic) experiences, and create balance among their ego states.
