I believe that all individuals have the capacity to heal from trauma, learn new skills to help them face challenges, build better relationships with themselves and others, and live healthy, fulfilling lives. I take a holistic view of my clients and see emotional wellness as an integral part of overall health. I weave in my background of nutrition and athletics with a way of building self-esteem and resilience.
