I began my career working with caregivers of adults living with dementia. This prepared me for moving into work with children and adults with autism and other similar diagnoses. I currently also enjoy working with school-aged children, their families, and individuals looking to do the work to make meaningful change in their life. I operate from a trauma informed and culturally diverse lens. My work is heavily influenced by cognitive behavioral and ACT theories. I believe in a person centered and strengths based approach.
