I believe the relationship we build together is at the heart of successful therapy, so creating a safe and comfortable space is always my first priority. My goal is to help you feel at ease as we explore your strengths, process important life experiences, express your feelings, and discover healthy ways of coping. When working with children and teens, I take a team approach and regularly include parents in the process to support growth at home as well.
