At Sophros Recovery, we work to help people struggling with addiction and other mental health issues learn how to heal and to regain their lives. We work with: alcohol, opioid, meth, and benzo addictions, as well as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and relational issues. We individualize our programs for each client’s needs and goals. Success in recovery involves healing in mind, body, and spirit. We work to create a warm, genuine, and supportive atmosphere to help with this challenging journey. We believe people have the ability to heal when given the right tools along with creating a balance of support and accountability. View 4 Photos We offer: Partial Hospitalization (PHP)-Monday-Friday 9a-4p, Intensive Outpatient (IOP)- currently Monday-Thursday 9a-12p, and Outpatient- 2 groups and 1 individual session per week. We will eventually have IOP in the afternoon (1p-4p), evening (5p-8p) and weekends. We do educational/skill, experiential, and mind/body groups, individual, and family therapy.
