I am a somatic certified therapist and I provide compassionate and grounded evidence-based approaches for a holistic and effective treatment. I see individuals of all ages facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness or stress-related issues. I help clients learn to safely express their feelings to find their authentic selves, experience validation, gain practical tools to manage symptoms & improve well-being. I provide a safe space to develop coping strategies, increase self-esteem, and discover a higher quality of life.
