Together, we’ll explore patterns and stories that no longer serve you, while strengthening your connection to your inner presence—the source of calm, clarity, and confidence. I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults and understand the unique challenges of these life stages—reflecting on childhood, sometimes for the first time, while also navigating major life choices. With an IFS lens, I provide whole-person, client-centered care for teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, family dynamics, and religious or spiritual trauma. I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming care and also support couples who want to deepen connection, repair trust, and understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
