Welcome! I'm glad you're here! My name is Erin Lewandowski and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering telehealth and in person services in Yuma, Arizona. I specialize in supporting teens and adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. My clients often seek help navigating transitions, overcoming negative self-beliefs, and strengthening their personal voices.
