I understand how tiring it can be to be a human nowadays. I enjoy working with clients facing the challenges that comers with being a human. Many of the clients I work with often seem to have it all together on the outside, but on the inside, they're struggling with overwhelm, exhaustion, and/or disconnection from their selves. They are often people who have spent much of their lives focused on meeting the needs and expectations of others while neglecting their own emotional well-being.
