My goal is to help clients learn to heal past wounds and create healthier, more satisfying relationships with themselves and others. I specialize in assisting adults in navigating to new, more empowered/grounded identities after trauma and improving sexual health/satisfaction. We will work together toward helping you connect with who you always were and meant to be. You do not need to know how that could be possible, I will hold that intention for you while we discover your truth. My primary modalities are Sex Therapy, Post-Traumatic Growth Somatic Therapy and EMDR, although I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs. I would be honored to assist you in meeting goals such as: improving sexual health and/or intimacy, enjoying life again after trauma, increasing awareness/insight into patterns/behaviors, learning new tools/methods for reducing distress, creating and nourishing healthy relationships, etc.
